Cancelations or Changes:
General Rules (applicable for most dates with exception of January, Holidays, New Years, Carnival and special dates):
- Deposits: Deposit of first night rate is charged is charge, refundable if cancelled 7 or more days before check-in.
- Cancelations/Changes: No fee 7 or more days before check-in. Fee of first night rate within 7 days of check-in.
- No-show: In case of no-show, the reservation is cancelled at 8am the following day. Fee of first night rate.
Special Rules (applicable for January, Holidays, New Years, Carnival and special dates):
- Deposits: Deposit of 50% of reservation value is charged, refundable if cancelled 30 or more days before check-in.
- Cancelations/Changes: No fee 30 or more days before check-in. Fee of 50% of reservation value within 30 days of check-in.
- No-show: In case of no-show, the reservation is cancelled at 8am the following day. Fee of total reservation value.
Non-refundable:
- Deposits: Deposit of total reservation value is charged and it is not refundable.
