Cancelations or Changes:
General Rules (applicable for most dates with exception of January, Holidays, New Years, Carnival and special dates):
- Deposits: Deposit of first night rate is charged.
- Changes: No fee 7 or more days before check-in. Value of deposit is forfetied within 7 days of check-in.
- Cancelations: 10% of deposit is charged if canceled 7 or more days before check-in. Value of deposit is forfetied within 7 days of check-in.
- No-show: In case of no-show, the reservation is cancelled at 8am the following day. Value of deposit is forfetied.
